Due to shortages of captionists, we are temporarily restricting [newly registered streamers] from recharging Echo Points.
This is to ensure that we can serve you without any hiccups.
If you already hold history of purchasing any Echo Point, you will not be affected.
The restriction will be in place until we are able to source a reliable number of freelance captionists.
There is currently no estimate of when the restriction will be lifted, however will make an announcement when we have any changes.
